Paperwork & Valuables Search.
During the initial visit Prospect PS Ltd will conduct a thorough search of the property looking out for any valuables or paperwork which will aid the probate process, these can include;
- Jewellery, collectables or cash
- Wills and funeral requests
- Property documents including Land Registry and freehold details
- Financial paperwork and share certificates
- Legal documents and family certificates
- Postal correspondence including bank statements, social security details and utility services
All these items will be removed, the solicitor notified and placed in our secure storage until instruction from the solicitor.
